Poseidon Se7en Error Checker
A code appears on the handset, usually at the least convenient moment, and the manual is at home. This turns the code into plain language: what it means, what commonly causes it, and what to check before the next dive.
What it will do
- Look up any error or warning code by number, or search by what you saw.
- Explain what the unit is actually complaining about, in words rather than a code.
- List the common causes in the order they are actually worth checking.
- Separate “abort the dive” from “note it and investigate afterwards”.
- Work entirely offline on the phone — a lookup tool is no use with no signal at a dive site.
- Keep a history of the codes your unit has thrown, so a pattern is visible.
Independent, and not a substitute for the manufacturer.
This is an unofficial reference built by divers. It is

documentation and a qualified service technician remain the authority on
your unit — always.

Seen a code we should cover?
Real codes, with what they turned out to be, are worth more than any amount of theory. Send us the ones your unit has thrown.
