Se7en Error Checker
Privacy
In one paragraph: the checker needs no account. Used without one, it sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, loads nothing from anyone else, and does not know who you are — though, while it is new, every request is logged for 30 days (below). Signing in, to keep a record of your units, is optional — and then the WebAppsToolBox privacy policy covers your account and everything you record.
What stays on your device
Without an account, two things, both only in your own browser: a note that you have read the “Before you use this” message, so it is not shown again; and a copy of the app and its data, so it works with no signal. Neither contains anything about you.
Signed in, two more, so you can log what happened with no signal: a copy of your units, and any entries waiting to be sent. The copy is removed the next time you open the app while signed out, and when you delete your account; an entry waiting to be sent stays until it is sent or you discard it.
Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes all of it.
If you email us
“Tell us” and the report buttons prepare an email in your own mail app; nothing is sent until you send it. We then have your email address and what you wrote, and use them only to reply and to improve the checker. We never sell or share them.
Our web server
Every request to this app is logged, while it is new and lightly used: the internet address it came from, the time, the page, and whether it worked. Never what you looked up — the test and code are not recorded — and never anything you typed. The log is kept for 30 days, then deleted, and is used only to fix faults and stop abuse, never to follow you.
Errors go in the same log, the same way. The web server’s own error log is separate; it is replaced as it fills, usually within about three months.

The sources link to Poseidon’s own documents on their site. Following one takes you to Poseidon, whose own privacy policy applies there.
Your account
Signing in, your units and history, downloading your data and deleting your account — including what happens to your units’ service history when you do — are all in the WebAppsToolBox privacy policy.
